per person per night
Prices below are per person per night.
You book with us on a half-board basis (breakfast and dinner). We enjoy eating together whatever comes on your plate.
On Saturday we will have a nice biker BBQ.
Rules of play
– The prices do not include drinks and snacks, which you pay for in cash before departure.
– You can only pay your final bill in cash; there is an ATM 10 minutes’ tour in Altenkirchen or Hachenburg.
– One night is only possible Monday through Thursday for € 90.00 per person or last minute with availability on weekends.
– At Easter, Ascension day and Pentecost there is a minimum of 3 nights.
Contact
To avoid double bookings and confusion, we would like to ask you to designate one person in your group to communicate with us. Payment is also arranged with this person. The final bill will be paid by one person in cash before your departure.
Booking process
Reservations preferably can be made through the website. But you can also send an e-mail or call us. After booking, you will receive your invoice via email. The reservation fee is 30% of the total amount. We would like to receive this within two weeks of booking. Once paid, your booking is final!
The balance of 70% must be paid six weeks before arrival date. You will receive an email from us eight weeks in advance with the second invoice. If booking within eight weeks before arrival, the entire amount will be charged.
Cancel
We hope, of course, that your motorcycle adventure can go on. In the unlikely event that you or group members are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. We operate the following cancellation policy:
– Up to 8 weeks before arrival date: 70% refund (no invoice for the second installment)
– After 8 weeks before arrival date: no refund
We recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance.
